Dathan C. Voelter
Dathan Voelter currently serves as general counsel and secretary for an oil and gas company. He has held numerous counsel, assistant secretary, and auditor positions throughout his career, and is a certified public accountant.
Voelter received his Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School, a BBA in International Business from the University of Texas and is a graduate of Blinn College.
Voelter enjoys volunteering for organizations that serve his community and Texas.
Voelter was appointed to the Germania Farm Mutual Board of Directors in 2015. He obtained his Mutual Insurance Director certification from the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies and earned the NACD Board Leadership Fellowship.
