Each team member’s performance is reviewed annually with the potential to receive a merit increase.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Germania offers two types of flexible spending accounts, Unreimbursed Medical and Childcare.
Direct Deposit
Team members are paid twice a month and may elect to have their earnings electronically transferred and deposited into their bank accounts.
Scholarship for Team Member’s Children
Germania provides a $1,000 college scholarship to the children of team members.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Team members who enroll in Germania High Deductible Health Plan also have the option of participating in a Health Savings Account that allows the team member to contribute pre-tax dollars into this account to help pay for eligible medical expenses.
Credit Union
Germania Credit Union is available to all team members and their family members. The credit union provides savings accounts, certificates of deposit, checking accounts, auto and personal loans. Payroll deductions are available for credit union savings or loan payments.
