Each employee’s performance is reviewed annually with the potential to receive a merit increase.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Germania offers two types of flexible spending accounts, Unreimbursed Medical and Childcare.
Employees are paid twice a month and may elect to have their earnings electronically transferred and deposited into their bank accounts.
Scholarship for Employee’s Children
Germania provides a $1,000 college scholarship to the children of employees.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Employees who enroll in Germania High Deductible Health Plan also have the option of participating in a Health Savings Account that allows the employee to contribute pre-tax dollars into this account to help pay for eligible medical expenses.
Germania Credit Union is available to all employees and their family members. The credit union provides savings accounts, certificates of deposit, checking accounts, auto and personal loans. Payroll deductions are available for credit union savings or loan payments.
