PAID TIME OFF
Vacation Time - Full-time employees receive vacation time based on their position and length of service.
Sick Time – Full-time employees receive 8 hours of sick leave for each full month of employment.
Personal Time –Full-time employees are provided personal time based on position.
Holidays – Germania observes ten holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and normally either the day before or the day after Christmas. Employees also receives a birthday holiday during the month of their birthday.
Volunteer Time – Germania believes it is important to give back to the communities we live and work in. We have developed a volunteer program that allows employees to volunteer their time during normal working hours to approved organizations.
