Caramel Crunch Chex Delight

6 tbls. butter
3 tbls. corn light syrup
3/4 c Light packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
8 cups of chex cereal (I used 4 cups of cinnamon chex and 4 cups of chocolate chex)
1/4 c melted white chocolate

Mix the first 3 ingredients in a 2 cup measuring cup and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir till smooth.

Add 1/4 tsp. baking soda. Stir then pour over 8 cups of chex cereal ( I used 4 cups of cinnamon chex and 4 cups of chocolate chex).

Microwave for 3 minutes and stop every 1 minute to stir.

Pour out onto a wax paper and place in refrigerate for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes take out and pull apart in to pieces.

Take 1/4 c white chocolate chips, melt and pour over top and refrigerate for 10 minutes
