Pear Cake

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1-1/4 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 cups pears or apples, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • nuts, optional

Procedure:

Mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and oil together in bowl. In another bowl, beat sugar and eggs together. Blend sugar and eggs mixture into the flour mixture. Blend in pears (apples), vanilla and nuts. Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan and bake 350 degrees for one hour.
