Our Favorite Meatloaf

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup 3-minute quick oats
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pounds ground meat

Procedure:

Beat egg slightly. Stir in remaining ingredients except the meat. Add meat and mix well. Pat mixture in 9x5x3 loaf pan. Place in preheated 325 degree oven and bake for 1 hour.
